We have a significant opportunity for a Senior Attendance Manager to lead strategies and systems to raise attendance levels and reduce persistent absence. You will coordinate the smooth operations of admissions and leavers while leading on all statutory functions, including legal prosecutions, Attendance Order Proceedings (CME), and Fixed Penalty Notices. We are looking for a strategic leader who can prepare complex court documentation while advising colleagues on whole-school attendance policy and legal sanctions.The successful candidate will possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with families, senior leaders, and external agencies. You will need to demonstrate a collaborative approach, high-level data analysis skills, and the resilience to intervene early in patterns of persistent absence to ensure every student achieves excellence.Why us?
