Salary & Benefits
Salary and vacation are negotiable depending on your teaching experience in Korea and the housing option chosen.

Vacation:
starting from
April, May, June, July,August, September 2026
minimum requirement of a three or four year BA in any discipline.

** Requirements
1.

Native English speaker (Nationality: USA, Canada, British, Irish, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa)
2.

B/A or B/S Degree Holder or Higher 3.

USA, CA, UK, AUS, NZ, IRE or South Africa passport holders
– Working Conditions:
– Severance : One month salary at the completion of ‘one full- year’ contract
– Flight fee : When you finish 1 year contract, School provides One way flight ticket (under 1.2 Million won)
– National Pension : School support 50%
– National Health Insurance : School support 50%
– Working hours : 9am ~ 6pm)
– Working day : Monday ~ Friday
– Student : Kindergarten + early elementary
Working Environment – Structured, set curriculum program We have run these schools since 2001 and 2007.(over 20 years)
The financial status is very good.

The salary should be paid on time.

We have run 3 branches in Seoul.

There are 8 ~ 10 foreign teachers in each branch.

(All total would be around 27 foreign teahcers)
There are lots of co-korean teachers and foreign teachers.

We already have curriculum.

The maximum class size would be under 12 kids in each class.

You will have 1 ~ 2 homeroom classes.

You will have 1 hour break time and 1 hour prep time every day.

You can do everything during your working hours.
