Urgent Hiring- Online ESL Teachers for Summer ONLINE*

About the role: We are launching new courses and urgently need teachers who are ready to teach for summer courses. · Deliver online English lessons with various topics including reading, speaking, English culture, phonics, and STEM · Complete scheduled classes by following the provided lesson material and teaching guide · Available class sizes: 1v1, 1v2, 1v6 and other group classes · Student age group: young learners aged 6-15 · Class length: 30-minute and 70-minute (including a 10-minute break for the 70-minute lessons) · Work schedule: be able to start as soon as possible; need to commit to at least 6 hours which equals 12 time slots a week within the prime learning hours including weekdays and weekends, expect to work at least 3-4 days a week. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree or above, we also accept senior college students who are about to complete their degrees · Must be a holder of TEFL/TESOL/CELTA OR a valid State/provincial teaching license (required) Requirements: · Must speak English at a native level with a neutral accent · Wired, high-speed, and stable internet connection, a working computer, and headsets (required) · Punctual, responsible, good communication skills and easy-going personality · A demonstrated respect for the values, cultural differences, and expectations of parents · Teaching experience in K-12 or ESL setting is preferred Work schedule: The below times are all in Beijing Time (GMT+8): Availability within the times shown below would be required · Mon- Fri: Between 6 pm-9 pm · Sat- Sun: Between 8:30 am-11 am; 2 pm-9 pm Candidates need to be able to commit to at least 6 hours which equals 12 time slots a week within the prime learning hours. A fixed weekly schedule is required. Benefits: · Make USD 17 – USD 24 per hour, including bonuses depending on qualifications and experience; the hourly rate is equivalent to $6-$9 per 30-minute lesson · Extra referral bonuses when referring qualified teachers · Paid training sessions to help teachers get ready for their first class.
