Our academy is different to most in that it is foreign owned.
I am from Ireland and my wife is Korean, so we avoid the language, cultural and communication problems experienced at other schools.
We have been in operation for 10 years and during this time we have successfully expanded and opened two additional schools.

We teach children from the age of 8 to 13 and value teacher-student interaction.
Our taught classes are complimented by our language lab where students practice their reading, writing and comprehension skills.

Jeonju
Jeonju is a great city to live in with lots to do and see.
It’s big enough to explore while also being easy to navigate.
As well as being the birthplace of bibimbap, it is a popular tourist destination and is known for its Hanok village and amazing food.
Its location within Korea means it is within easy access of Seoul via the KTX and express buses.
There are also lots of places of interest to visit in the surrounding towns and villages.

• Develop students’ language skills through teaching our course material.
• Communicate with co-teachers to ensure each class’s learning needs are being met.
• Provide enrichment activities such as songs and games to create a positive, fun-filled learning environment.
• Assess students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Be a native English speaker.
• Hold a valid passport from the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
• Possess a bachelor’s degree from one of the above countries.
• Be energetic and have a genuine desire to teach children.
• Experience working with children.
• Classroom teaching experience.
• CELTA/TESOL/TEFL certificate.
