You’ll work closely with teachers, senior leaders, exam boards and invigilators to ensure every exam — from entries to results — is handled with accuracy, confidentiality and care.This is a role for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in getting things right, and can stay composed even when deadlines are tight.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all exam entries, deadlines and communication with exam boardsWork with teaching staff to gather accurate entry informationProvide staff with key dates, timelines and updates throughout the yearHandle all correspondence from AQA, Edexcel, OCR and other awarding bodiesEnsure coursework is sent to moderators on timeTrain, support and update invigilators, including annual checklist reviewsReview and update exam-related policies and proceduresCreate the exam timetable, book rooms and share schedules with staff and studentsMaintain secure storage and distribution of exam papersPrepare exam rooms in line with regulationsAccompany exam inspectors and action any recommendationsCoordinate results day: prepare documents, collect results and contact students/familiesProvide the Head Teacher with results data and statisticsLead internal quality assurance for internally assessed workSupport the admin team when capacity allowsAttend relevant training and carry out additional tasks as requiredWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll thrive in this role if you are:Exceptionally organised and detail‑focusedConfident managing deadlines and multiple prioritiesAble to communicate clearly with staff, students, parents and exam boardsCalm, reliable and professional at all timesComfortable working independently and as part of a wider admin teamA full driving licence holderExperience in school administration or exams management is beneficial, but strong organisational skills and the right attitude are just as important.About Us Bankside College is an exciting new venture near Hanley Castle, Worcester. Working in partnership with the Outcomes First Group and Options Autism, the College will provide a Further Education experience for those aged 16 to 24 year-olds with autism, complex needs and learning disabilities. The main aim of the College is to help its students prepare for adulthood and their next stage in life.In a new purpose-built building, situated in acres of natural beauty, Bankside College will provide a varied, individualised curriculum to enable its students to gain vocational and independence skills to help them achieve their aspirations. Our staff will work together as a cohesive team, to provide the very best experience for the students which will include practical activities, Maths, English and Digital Literacy. The curriculum will have a focus on individual targets, personal skills and enrichment which will include The Duke of Edinburgh Award.
