Registered Office 5th Floor, 14 WaterlooPlace, London SW1Y 4ARA part of the Cavendish Education Group.About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team in a vibrantSEN school.You will teach Music across secondary age groups with some additional subject teaching.The role includes planning and delivering content from Key Stage 2, 3 and 4 in small,mixed-age classes (usually around 10 students) and working with a multidisciplinary team tosupport holistic outcomes.In the Lower Senior School, students follow a foundational Music curriculum adapted toindividual needs of the students with a focus on preparation of qualifications and creation of an enjoyment and passion in Music. In the Upper Senior School, students are working towards BTEC Level 1 introductory in Music and RSL Level 2 in Music.All SEN teachers at AHS deliver lessons with embedded therapeutic approaches. This isachieved through therapy that is integrated into every aspect of the school day; in lessons,structured daily routines and through interactions between staff and students.
