The candidate shall be committed to living a Biblical lifestyle and called by God to teach at a nurturing Christian environment School.

The teacher shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible Christians who will make a transforming influence in the world to the praise and the glory of God.

Qualifications
– Be a born-again Christian committed to living a Biblical lifestyle
– Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
– Elementary Teacher – degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education with experience in grades K-2.

– Eng h Teacher – degree in Eng h, Education, or ESOL with experience teaching literature to secondary students.

Preference
– Bilingual Teachers (Eng h and Korean)
Duties
– Work five days weekly (Monday-Thursday from 8:30-17:20, Friday from 8:30~5:00)
– Teach classes as assigned (20~24 classes weekly)
– Provide classroom instruction and other duties as assigned
– Assess the learning of students regularly and provide progress reports as required
– Maintain accurate record-keeping on attendance and grades
– Participate in staff meetings
– Integrate Biblical principles in the classroom and on the school premises to create a nurturing environment
– Advise students and correct their behaviors as needed
– Sponsor or supervise extracurricular activities and programs
– Collaborate in curriculum development
Remuneration & Benefits
– Monthly salary: based on experience
– Airfare reimbursement (round-trip) only if the teacher is residing in a foreign country during the recruitment process
– Health insurance (50/50 split)
– National pension (refundable according to nationalities; US, Canada, etc.) (50/50 split)
* Can collect the full amount, both the school’s contribution and the employee’s share
– 20 days paid vacation + national holidays + additional paid vacation according to seniority
– Additional 2 days paid personal leave
– Additional 4 days paid sick days
– Housing will be provided (if required)
– Eligible severance pay after fulfilling 1-year contract
Contract Period
1 Year (The contract may be extended or renewed upon evaluation).

Start Date: July or August 2026
