This strategic role will drive commercial ventures including external lettings, holiday camps, clubs, summer school provision, sponsorships and partnerships, while identifying new revenue opportunities aligned with the School’s values and long‑term strategy.You will manage the commercial use of the School’s facilities, oversee pricing and delivery, develop new projects and lead Gordon’s Summer School. The role includes strong stakeholder engagement, staff management, safeguarding oversight, performance reporting and close collaboration with senior leadership and marketing.The successful candidate will have:Proven experience in a commercial or income‑generating roleStrong organisational, financial and project management skillsExcellent communication and relationship‑building abilitiesA proactive, entrepreneurial and strategic mindsetThis is an exciting opportunity to shape and grow a diverse commercial portfolio within a dynamic school environment.Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year – weekend and evening work will be required throughout the year.
