Job Title: Pastoral LeadWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastoral Lead to join our school community.Role Overview:The Pastoral Lead will be responsible for leading and developing the school’s pastoral care and wellbeing strategy, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students. The role involves working closely with senior leadership, staff, students, and parents to promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing, and personal development.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the school’s pastoral care systems and wellbeing initiativesSupport and promote positive student behaviour and engagementOversee safeguarding and student welfare in line with school policiesProvide guidance and support to staff on pastoral mattersBuild strong relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholdersMonitor and track student wellbeing, attendance, and behaviourContribute to a positive and inclusive school cultureRequirements:Relevant degree in Education or related fieldProven experience in a pastoral or leadership role within a school settingStrong understanding of safeguarding and student wellbeing practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead, inspire, and support a diverse teamCommitment to student development and holistic educationIf you are dedicated to making a meaningful impact and fostering a culture of care and respect, we encourage you to apply and become part of our dynamic educational group.
