Starting September 2026, we are looking to hire teachers for elementary school program.

We follow the American curriculum (U.S.

Common Core standards).

We are hiring dedicated Elementary teachers.

• Positions in Gwanggyo • Positions in Dongtan
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Bachelor’s degree (Masters Preferred) in Education or a directly related subject area.

• Valid teaching certification/license (state/provincial or international equivalent) • Native English speaker and a citizen of one of the following countries preferred: USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Ireland • Current F-series visa (e.g., F-4, F-2, F-6) strongly preferred for easier onboarding; E-2 visa sponsorship available for candidates .

• Preferred: Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, TESL , or state/provincial license).

• At least 2 years of international teaching experience ; prior experience in Korea or Asia • Must provide an apostilled diploma and apostilled criminal background check for visa purposes.

• Excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for innovative teaching.

Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday Teaching Hours: Maximum 26 instructional hours per week.

• Create and deliver engaging syllabi, unit plans, rubrics, and weekly lesson plans aligned with standards and international best practices.

• Conduct formative and summative assessments to monitor and enhance student learning.

• Generate detailed progress reports and report cards at term ends.

• Participate in regular faculty meetings, professional development sessions, and school initiatives.

• Participate in Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTCs) and maintain proactive communication with families.

• Attend key events , including orientations, graduations, summer camp, winter camp, and cultural festivals as per the school calendar.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• Salary: 3.0.– 3.3 million KRW per month negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and international teaching background • Full coverage of Korean national health insurance, pension, and employment insurance .

• Vacation: 20 days of paid vacation per year (summer, winter, spring breaks) + all Korean national holidays/red days (approximately 12–15 additional days ).

• Severance pay at contract completion.

• Daily lunch provided in our on-site cafeteria.

• Provided accommodation or Housing Allowance Option available
