We are seeking an experienced and proactive Learning and Development Lead to help shape how we support and develop our staff.This is an opportunity to work alongside an experienced and passionate leadership team, contributing to an organisation that is growing, evolving and deeply committed to professional excellence. You will play a key role in ensuring that every member of staff feels supported, valued and equipped to succeed. In this role, you will:Work closely with senior leaders and colleagues across Coombe House to identify development needs.Design and deliver impactful learning programmes that make a genuine difference.Strengthen induction and onboarding experiences to support long-term success.Champion a culture where learning, reflection and growth are part of everyday practice.We are looking for a skilled and thoughtful professional who combines expertise with a genuine passion for people. You will:Bring strong experience in Learning and Development or Organisational Development.Be confident working with senior leaders and building trusted relationships.Use insight and data to shape meaningful and effective development strategies.Be approachable, collaborative and committed to supporting others to succeed.Share our values of compassion, integrity and high expectations.This is a role for someone who enjoys working closely with others, understands the importance of culture, and wants to contribute to something purposeful and lasting. This is a part time, all year-round role on an 8-month fixed term contract. About Coombe House:Coombe House is located just outside Shaftesbury and set in 55 acres of beautiful countryside.
