Estates Administrator Commencing ASAP We are seeking an organised and proactive Estates Administrator to join our Operations team at St Paul’s School and St Paul’s Prep. This varied role provides essential administrative support to the Estates department, helping to coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, support health and safety processes, and ensure the smooth day‑to‑day running of the school’s estates and facilities. The successful candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills, be confident juggling multiple priorities, and enjoy working in a busy, collaborative environment.Salary: Competitive plus benefits Hours: 8.00am – 4.30pm, Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week, full time. Some flexibility in evening and weekend work may be required.
