Hello!

I’m Albert , originally from New York , and the director of APPLE English — a dynamic English academy located in the peaceful and family-friendly city of Byeollae, Namyangju-si , just outside of Seoul.

We currently have 12 staff members , including 4 native English teachers , and are looking for another enthusiastic educator to join our growing team.

We’re seeking a teacher who can confidently teach:
Phonics & early literacy (Grades K–2)
Reading comprehension & grammar (Grades 3–6)
Essay writing & structured thinking (Grades 5–8)
You’ll work with students ranging in age from 7 to 15 , and you’ll be supported by a Korean co-teacher for vocabulary and foundational grammar classes if needed.

Start Date: September 2026 (flexible)
Mon/Wed/Fri: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM | 55-minute classes
Tue/Thu: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 85-minute classes
Class Size: 1–8 students per class
Full autonomy to manage your classroom, with materials and planning support provided
Monthly Salary: ₩2.3M – ₩2.8M KRW (based on experience & interview)
Housing: Officetel or One-Room (within 5–15-minute walk) OR Housing Allowance

Degree in English , Education , or related fields
Prior experience in private schools
Strong passion for teaching writing and phonics
