Are you passionate about raising student attainment and providing personalised support to help every pupil reach their potential?Join us as a One-to-One Maths Tutor, where you will be key to planning, implementing, and delivering a broad, balanced, and differentiated curriculum for individual students. This vital role involves delivering intervention programmes, encouraging academic growth, and positively promoting the inclusive ethos of the Academy.The One-to-One Tutor will deliver intervention programmes to individuals , working with department staff to prepare and implement appropriate learning experiences. A core duty is to assist in developing suitable intervention material, lesson plans, and resources.You will be responsible for reporting on individual pupil progress and regularly liaising with the Head of Department and teachers to provide feedback. Furthermore, you will support exam revision sessions and must comply with Child Safeguarding Procedures at all times.Welcome from the PrincipalAs Principal, I am immensely proud to introduce you to Outwood Academy Bishopsgarth.
