ABOUT THE CURRICULUM: OwlAble Wit Creative Curriculum ✔ Learning like a Mother Tongue ✔ Trilingual Skill Development ✔ Emphasis on Direct Experience ✔ 21st Century Skills Focus ✔ Practical, Fun & Realistic Communication KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ✔ Support the NES teacher

in delivering the OwlAble Wit Creative Curriculum ✔ Monitor daily health, hygiene, and safety routines for children aged 2–4 ✔ Assist in preparing and developing sensorial learning materials & DIY aids ✔ Observe and record children’s behavior and developmental milestones

✔ Manage classroom transitions using songs, rhymes, and positive signals — not commands ✔ Apply child psychology principles to guide behavior with patience and care ✔ Collaborate with the NES teacher in planning and reflecting on lessons QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

✔ Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred) ✔ At least 1–2 years of experience working with children aged 2–4 ✔ Strong understanding of child psychology and positive discipline techniques ✔ Skilled in classroom management using creative
