This is more than a leadership role — it’s an opportunity to drive meaningful change, champion inclusive practice and create an environment where pupils and staff can thrive together.As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across behaviour, pastoral care, wellbeing and pupil engagement, ensuring every young person receives the support they need to access learning and achieve success.As Assistant Headteacher – Behaviour & Attitudes, you will lead whole-school strategies that promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and exceptional pastoral care.
