This is your chance to make a real difference across two nurturing, trauma‑informed sites.Please note this role will be supporting both 3 Dimensions School sites; Chardleigh (Primary) TA20 3AJ & Hummingbird TA20 1PB.What You’ll DoA whole‑school PSHE vision that is progressive, accessible and aligned with the updated 2026 PSHE/RSHE frameworkCurriculum development that supports ASD, SEMH and trauma‑related needsKey themes including mental health, relationships, online safety, independence and preparation for adulthoodStaff development, modelling best practice and supporting high‑quality deliveryAssessment that captures small‑step progress and celebrates real‑life impactWho We’re Looking ForExperience working with children or young people with SENStrong experience & understanding of PSHE/RSHE principlesThe ability to adapt content creatively for a wide range of developmental needsExcellent communication, organisation and a passion for inclusionDriving licence required About Us3 Dimensions School is in an exciting phase of growth and development.
