Under the broader curriculum framework, the department provides a diverse range of activities, including rugby, netball, cricket and athletics—designed to build student confidence and leadership skills through the assessment model.Students are encouraged to develop tactical awareness and resilience, with a sizeable proportion of students representing the Academy in local fixtures and the annual Outwood Family of Schools events.
