The roleWestminster School is seeking an inspirational musician and communicator to join its Music Department as Music Partnerships Coordinator.Working closely with the Director of Music, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing and delivering the School’s music partnerships strategy, creating meaningful collaborations that enrich the musical experiences of young people both within Westminster School and across the wider community.The Music Partnerships Coordinator will build and strengthen relationships with local schools, music organisations and community partners, including the Music Teachers’ Association, Pimlico Musical Foundation and the Tri-borough Music Hub. The postholder will develop innovative programmes that bring pupils together through workshops, mentoring and large-scale collaborative performances, helping to expand access to high-quality music education and foster lasting connections between schools and educators.The successful candidate will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in music and will have experience of working with young musicians alongside an active record of professional performance.
