WeRide is a growing travel company specializing in premium cycling experiences across South Korea.

We operate city bike tours in Seoul as well as multi-day cycling adventures throughout the country.

As our tour portfolio expands, we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Cycling Tour Guide to join our team.

What You’ll Do
• Lead and support cycling tours ranging from half-day city rides to multi-day cycling expeditions across Korea.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to international travelers.

• Conduct bike fitting, basic maintenance, and roadside repairs.

• Assist with tour logistics, guest communications, and safety management.

• Represent the WeRide brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and local expertise.

• Help create memorable travel experiences that guests will talk about for years.

Requirements
• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Working proficiency in Korean.

• Experienced cyclist with strong riding ability and confidence leading groups.

• Good mechanical skills and the ability to perform common bicycle repairs and adjustments.

• Personable, professional, and customer-focused.

• Punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to travel throughout Korea for multi-day tours.

• Valid Class 1 driver’s license.

Visa: F visa holder
Preferred Qualifications
• Additional language skills are highly valued:
• Previous experience in tourism, guiding, hospitality, outdoor recreation, or adventure travel.

• Commercial driving experience.

• First aid certification.
