About the RoleWe are seeking an exceptional and ambitious educational leader to join our thriving and successful school as a Phase Leader in Primary. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced middle or senior leader who is passionate about driving high standards of teaching, learning, achievement, and wellbeing across a phase of the school.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of their phase, leading teams of teachers and support staff to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
