They need a fresh start. Willow Park School is seeking an exceptional Primary SEN Teacher to lead a small nurture class for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and a range of additional needs. This is an opportunity to help shape a highly personalised, therapeutically supported provision where children rebuild confidence, develop essential skills and rediscover success.The Role You will:Teach a small class of pupils requiring a primary-style curriculum. Deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to individual needs. Support pupils to make academic, social and emotional progress. Work closely with Teaching Assistants, the SENCo, Clinical Team and Inclusion Team. Build strong relationships that promote emotional regulation and positive behaviour. We Are Looking For Someone Who:Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Has experience in SEN, SEMH, alternative provision or nurture settings. Is calm, patient and emotionally resilient. Combines warmth with high expectations. Believes every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
