Intensive English Global Program (IEGP) The Intensive English Global Program (IEGP) is designed to develop students into confident Global Citizens through an enhanced English-language curriculum and international learning environment. Program Highlights (for prospective students): • Five (5) hours of English
instruction per week • Small-group English classes with a maximum of 16 students per class • Focus on Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing skills • Project-Based Learning (PBL) approach that promotes active learning and student engagement • Direct communication and
interaction with foreign teachers • Cambridge English curriculum and textbooks for both core and supplementary English courses • International Mathematics and Science courses utilizing textbooks from Star Publishing Singapore • CEFR-aligned English language assessment with a target proficiency level of
B2 • Preparation for Cambridge English Qualifications (KET, PET, and FCE), with students assessed upon completion of lower secondary education (M3) General Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging English language instruction aligned with the objectives of the Intensive English Global Program (IEGP)
• Develop students’ proficiency in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing through communicative and student-centred teaching approaches • Plan and implement Project-Based Learning (PBL) activities and interactive classroom experiences • Assess student progress using a variety of formative and summative assessment
methods • Foster student development, well-being, and positive learning behaviours • Utilize educational technology and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance learning outcomes • Maintain professional ethics in accordance with Teachers’ Council of Thailand (Khurusapha) standards • Collaborate effectively with colleagues,
parents, and the wider school community Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, English Language Teaching, or a closely related field • Eligibility for Khurusapha professional licensing or a temporary teaching permit Desired Qualifications
and Experience: • At least one (1) year of recent English teaching experience, preferably at the secondary level • Experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or English as a Foreign Language (EFL) • Familiarity with CEFR-aligned instruction and
assessment • Experience preparing students for Cambridge English examinations (KET, PET, FCE, Flyers, Movers, etc.) is highly desirable • Demonstrated cultural awareness, respect for, and ability to work effectively within Thai cultural norms and practices • Strong classroom management and
communication skills • At least one verifiable professional reference, preferably from a direct supervisor • Computer literate, with familiarity in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, file-sharing platforms, interactive whiteboards, Google for Education applications (e.g., Google Classroom), and Apple devices and educational technologies
(e.g., iPad, MacBook).
