Are you passionate about debate and eager to help students reach their full potential? Do you have experience with a range of debate formats and a strong understanding of effective coaching?We’re looking for an experienced Speech and Debate Coach to join our team in Shenzhen, where you’ll prepare students for competition, coach them through tournaments, and help them deliver their best performances.CurriculumOur debate program is built on research, evidence, and structure. Students develop argumentation, critical thinking, rebuttal, and teamwork skills while progressing from beginner to tournament level. Dipont also hosts debate competitions across China, providing regular opportunities to compete.Designed by experienced speech and debate professionals, our curriculum prepares students for formats including Public Forum, British Parliamentary, World Schools, Model United Nations, Original Oratory, and Extemporaneous Speaking.
