You’ll take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, while playing an important role in helping students succeed.You’re confident working with information and systems, but just as importantly, you’re someone who communicates well with others – from staff to parents – in a calm, professional, and friendly way. You stay organised even when things get busy, and you’re not afraid to take initiative or solve problems as they arise.Most of all, you’re someone who cares about making a positive difference and wants to be part of a team that supports both students and each other every day.Our Ideal candidate will have:GCSE English and Maths, minimum Grade 3 or equivalentExperience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational settingProficiency in using Management Information Systems (preferably Arbor) or the ability to quickly learn new systemsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbout the Behaviour and Pastoral Teams:Our Behaviour and Pastoral teams play a vital role in creating a safe, supportive, and purposeful learning environment for all students. Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders, the teams are committed to promoting positive behaviour, supporting student wellbeing, and ensuring every young person has the opportunity to thrive.They lead on key processes such as behaviour monitoring, interventions, suspensions, and exclusions, ensuring these are managed fairly, consistently, and in line with statutory guidance. The teams place strong emphasis on early intervention, clear communication with families, and data-led decision-making to improve outcomes for students.
