At Outcomes First Group, we empower our teachers to think outside the box, using a wide range of resources and specialist support to deliver engaging, individualised learning that truly meets the needs of each pupil.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality Maths teaching that supports strong progress and attainmentPlan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all pupilsUse assessment effectively to monitor progress and inform teachingContribute to the development and implementation of Maths curriculum and practiceSupport pupils’ personal development, wellbeing and engagement in learningWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum deliveryTeach across a range of subjects where required, including off-site provision if neededMake effective use of resources to enhance learning outcomesWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who is:A qualified teacher with QTS or a degree in MathematicsExperienced (or keen to develop) in working with students with autism, learning difficulties, or complex needsA confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative environmentCommitted to creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring learning environmentFlexible, proactive, and reflective in their practiceFull UK driving licenceAbout Us Miller House School is a brand-new school located in Stoneygate, Leicester. The school opened in September 2025, has a capacity of 80 pupils, and offers a co-educational provision for students with complex needs, including SEMH.Miller House School is a specialist SEMH setting for young people aged 11–16. We are committed to supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs, as well as autism and ADHD.
