You need to have at least five years or more of ESL teaching experience. If you want to get into recruiting just let me know as it is a multibillion dollar industry. Find me on Microsoft Teams (gsgabby1@outlook.com) OR Telegram (@gabe9439) OR WhatsApp (+15708728882)
if you don’t have the experience yet just teach abroad as it’s a good long term dream, especially as you get older…

Sounds super interesting! What are some of the basic requirements to getting into recruiting? And how is the job market? Is there much opportunity or is it pretty saturated?
Well technically anyone could do recruiting with no experience but I would highly recommend you have at least five years of experience. In fact as far as my coaching is concerned which if any was interested just find me, I do require they have at least five years experience so they know what the hell they’re talking about on the phone 🙂
The opportunities to teach abroad are greater than ever before. The issue is most people are living in extreme fear and are scared to go abroad or put in the work to get a job. It’s always a numbers game. I always get tired of hearing people tell me “well I applied for three jobs today and nobody wants to hire me”. If people are serious they should apply for at least 10 jobs or more every day and see what comes back. Yes the market is much tougher for South Africans and non natives but it’s still very doable but it’s a numbers game. Basically people just need to get out of their own heads and apply themselves and go live happily ever after…
