The following is an excerpt from a conversation I was having on Microsoft Teams with one of my clients. He was seemingly just shooting in the dark trying to get me to force a school or recruiter to hire him…
“Cool. You mentioned Skype though which is why I was confused that maybe you were looking in the wrong place. Nevertheless are you contacting their actual teams ID or are you just doing a shot in the dark with their e-mail? You can apply to their e-mail if that’s what they gave you to apply to, but I can’t force a school or recruiter to respond. Most are dealing with hundreds of applications. My best advice would be to apply to as many as possible. It’s a numbers game. At least 10 or more every day as time allows and see what comes back…”
