I just had a client that unfortunately decided to bring litigation against his school or recruiter as they were taking much longer than he thought getting his visa. Delays can happen especially when dealing with stupid governments. If he had consulted me beforehand I would have told him to look for additional options overseas in the background while the school or recruiter was supposedly processing his visa. By him bringing in litigation, unfortunately that will burn his own bridge. He may have eventually gotten his visa and everything he was after with a little patience, but there would have been nothing wrong with getting options if they truly were messing him around. The point being you may want to get guidance before litigation as litigation will inevitably scare off any opportunity with your current school and also may scare off future employment if the word gets around that you love to litigate.
