I am a highly self-motivated, passionate, flexible, patient, friendly, confident, creative and hard- working English
and Mathematics teacher with the ability to manage groups of individuals and deal with challenging behavior. I
enjoy working with learners and I am eager to help learners build the necessary skills to gain intellectual
independence. I am a committed and cooperative team player, and a fast learner with the ability to work under
pressure. I have the ability to create a calm, bias free, student centred environment where learners engage in
scaffolding or deductive activities as well as classroom discussions which prompt cognitive thinking. I am a TEFLcertified teacher with a strong academic background in psychology that builds confidence and fluency in
English.
