Job Overview
1.

Working days: Monday to Friday, weekends off
2.

Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with 1 to 2 hours lunch break
3.

Student age groups: K1 (3-4 years old), K2 (4-5 years old), K3 (5-6 years old)
4.

Class capacity: 15-22 children per class
Job Responsibilities
1.

Design lessons, formulate weekly and monthly teaching plans in accordance with school curriculum standards
2.

Deliver engaging interactive English classes and guarantee high teaching quality
3.

Organize daily in-class activities
4.

Take charge of daily classroom management and routine arrangements
5.

Abide by all school rules and policies
6.

Maintain effective collaboration with Chinese co-teachers
7.

Conduct regular communication and feedback with students ’ parents

Qualification Requirements

About the Role

Teacher Requirements
1.

Eligibility
– Nationality: The US/UK,Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland.

– No criminal record, good physical health, and positive personal character
– No bad habits; strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
– Passion for teaching students in a public school setting; large-class teaching experience is a plus
2.

Education & Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably from a world-renowned university)
– Valid teaching certification (CELTA / Delta / home country teaching license accepted)
– Minimum 2 years of full-time teaching experience in a public middle/high school
– Education or English Education majors, or current full-time teachers, are preferred
Key Responsibilities
– Teaching Load: Up to 25 lessons per week.
