Do you possess the firm yet compassionate approach needed to manage behaviour interventions and support students in developing better learning habits? Join us as a School Administrator Behaviour), playing a key role in raising standards of behaviour for learning. You will manage the consequences provision, ensuring a structured environment where students can reflect, progress with their work, and overcome barriers to achieving their potential.Working under the direction of senior staff, you will coordinate the support provision for students requiring behavioural intervention, primarily through the management of the Consequences Room.
