This is a pivotal role at the heart of school life. The post holder will be responsible for managing whole-school pupil attendance across all year groups and key stages, overseeing accurate daily register management in iSAMS, handling a high volume of parent communications, and producing data-driven reports for senior leaders and the Board of Governors. The role works closely with Heads of Year, the Designated Safeguarding Leads and the wider Pastoral team to identify attendance concerns, support families and ensure that every pupil is present, safe and engaged in their learning. This is a local hire, unsponsored post. Remuneration is salary only (no additional benefits). Only candidates currently residing in Qatar with family sponsorship will be considered.About youWe are looking for a highly organised and data-confident professional with proven experience in school attendance management or a closely related administrative role. The ideal candidate will bring:Demonstrable experience managing attendance data and communications in a school or similarly large organisation, with a proven ability to handle high volumes accurately and consistently.Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends, produce clear reports, and present findings to senior leaders, experience with iSAMS is a significant advantage.A sound understanding of safeguarding principles and the critical link between attendance patterns and child protection, including familiarity with systems such as CPOMS.Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally and sensitively with parents, carers and staff at all levels.The ability to work independently, prioritise competing demands and consistently meet daily
