• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for England and examination board specifications.
• Develop students’ understanding of business principles, entrepreneurship, finance, global markets, and economic theory.
• Prepare students for internal assessments, coursework, and external examinations.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners.
• Maintain accurate academic and behavioural records.
• Participate in curriculum planning, departmental meetings, and whole-school improvement initiatives.
• Attend parent consultations, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
• Support extracurricular activities, business competitions, enterprise projects, and enrichment programmes.
• Supervise students throughout the school day as required.
• Promote positively while upholding all school policies, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Business Management , or a closely related field.
• Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, B.Ed., or equivalent).
• Experience teaching IGCSE and A-Level Business Studies and/or Economics is strongly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of the British Curriculum and examination requirements.
• Outstanding classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to inspire students through engaging, student-centred learning.
• Native or near-native English proficiency.
• Clear criminal record and eligibility to obtain a Kuwait work visa.
