As an innovative and creative class teacher at Drumbeat School, you will develop and maintain a high-quality educational environment for pupils with Autism. Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver tailored, engaging lessons that meet individual students’ learning needs and EHCP outcomes Set clear learning objectives and use Autism-specific practices to personalise work for individuals and groups Collaborate with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff to create holistic learning experiences Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student progress Organise and maintain a stimulating classroom environment and ensure resources are available to promote learning Monitor and assess pupils’ progress, keeping accurate records and reporting achievement in line with school policyWhy join Drumbeat School?
