Are you passionate about developing the next generation of skilled professionals?We’re looking for an enthusiastic and supportive individual to join our Bricklaying and Maintenance team, helping learners develop the practical skills, knowledge and confidence they need to succeed in the construction industry.Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an industry professional looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.About the RoleAs a Teacher within our Construction faculty you will inspire and support learners through high-quality teaching, training and assessment. You’ll plan and deliver engaging lessons, monitor learner progress and help students achieve their full potential both academically and personally.Alongside teaching, you’ll play an important pastoral role, providing guidance and encouragement through group tutorials, one-to-one support and target setting.
