A growing language academy is seeking friendly English teachers for young learners and motivated students.

This opportunity is suitable for teachers interested in conversation ESL teaching in Asia. The role offers a professional teaching environment, motivated students, and a compensation package designed to attract reliable ESL teachers.

Position Overview
– School type: Private school
– Student ages: Children and teenagers
– Class size: 8-15 students
– Schedule: Afternoon/evening classes may be included
– Teaching / working hours: 25-30 teaching hours per week
– Contract length: 10-12 month contract
– Start date: Upcoming school term

Salary and Benefits
– Salary: ₩2.4-3.3 million per month
– Housing: Housing allowance may be available
– Holidays / vacation: Annual leave and public holidays according to contract
– Sick leave: Reasonable sick leave support may be included
– Main benefits: Visa/work permit support, curriculum, and paid training may be included
– Visa/work permit assistance where applicable
– Health insurance or medical support depending on local policy
– Airport pickup or arrival guidance may be offered

Teacher Responsibilities
– Teach engaging English lessons using provided or approved materials
– Help students improve speaking, listening, reading, writing, phonics, grammar, or conversation skills
– Prepare lessons, give feedback, and maintain a positive classroom environment
– Communicate professionally with school staff and follow school policies

Candidate Profile
– Bachelor’s degree preferred; TEFL/TESOL/CELTA or teaching license helpful
– Teaching certificate or classroom experience preferred
– Native or fluent English ability with clear communication skills
– Professional attitude, reliable attendance, and clear lesson preparation
– Friendly personality and ability to work well with students, parents, and staff
