Following the promotion of the current post holder, we are now looking for a suitable candidate to join us as Deputy Human Resources Manager.About youIt is crucial that the Deputy HR Manager has a strong understanding of HR policies, employment legislation, and best practice, and is able to ensure their consistent application across the College. The post holder will play a key role in running the monthly payroll, maintaining compliance, supporting managers, and ensuring that HR processes are delivered effectively, accurately, and in line with organisational requirements.To be successful, you will be an experienced HR professional with strong operational expertise. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly professional, approachable, and resilient, with the ability to build effective relationships with employees, managers, senior leaders, and external stakeholders. You will possess strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to provide sound judgement and advice on a wide range of people matters.The role requires flexibility to meet the operational needs of the College, although most working days follow a routine pattern.We are a British international school and all our lessons are taught in English. The highest standards of both written and spoken English is, therefore, essential.The OfferThis is a non-sponsored role and only candidates with family sponsorship currently residing in Qatar will be considered.There are no remuneration benefits in addition to salary. What the offer provides is fair remuneration, an especially warm and supportive community and great professional freedom. Reduced hours of work during school holidays provides balance to this busy role. Salary: QR 12,731/month on appointment, in addition to a QR155/month transportation allowance; and
