We are a private international kindergarten with 15 years of history in Shenyang.

Our curriculum blends Traditional Chinese values with Modern Western theories (Montessori, Nature Education, HighScope), creating a unique system for children aged 2-6.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Collaborate with a Chinese homeroom teacher + a teaching assistant.

Plan & deliver engaging lessons following our integrated curriculum.

Model positive behavior, language, and social skills.

Observe & document children’s developmental progress.

Participate in cultural events and activities.

Complete simple planning paperwork (monthly/weekly plans).

Salary & Basic package:
Monthly salary: 17,000 – 24,000 RMB (depending on qualifications & experience)
Legal work visa – full assistance with application and arrival support (airport pick-up, bank, phone, apartment setup)

Housing available (negotiable – either apartment or allowance)

Essential:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (any field is accepted)
Native English OR German speaker
A genuine interest in teaching young children
Patient, open-minded, adaptable, and professional
Preferred (not mandatory):
Degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields
120-hour TEFL/TESOL certificate (for English speakers) OR 2+ years teaching experience
Early childhood experience
