What makes this position special? -Small class sizes You will work with classes of approximately 20 students, allowing you to build strong relationships and provide truly individualized support. Two possible teaching models Depending on your strengths and preferences, we are open to discussing two teaching options: – Option 1 – Lead Teacher for Two Classes You independently lead learning in two small classes with the support of assistant teachers. – Option 2 – Lead Teacher + Learning Support Role You lead one class as the homeroom teacher and in the second class work alongside another teacher, supporting students with individual educational and emotional needs, helping with classroom organization and creating an inclusive learning environment. We value collaboration and want teachers to work in roles where they feel confident, supported and fulfilled. Your role You will: – teach engaging lessons in English using the Canadian Curriculum – create a positive, caring and inclusive classroom atmosphere – support children’s academic, social and emotional growth – encourage curiosity, independence and confidence – collaborate closely with an international teaching team – participate in school events, projects and community life Subjects include: Language Arts Mathematics Science Social Studies Who we are looking for We would love to hear from teachers who: – are native English speakers – hold teaching qualifications from Canada, the UK, the USA, Australia or New Zealand – have experience teaching young learners – enjoy working in multicultural environments – believe in child-centered and inquiry-based learning – are creative, open-minded and collaborative Experience in international schools or bilingual education is highly valued. Important: Candidates must currently live in Poland and hold valid residence/work authorization.
