English Instructor Position —
is seeking one full-time native English instructor to join our team.
The position is expected to begin on August 13th (date subject to confirmation).
We are looking for a sincere, engaging, and self-motivated teacher who is passionate about literature and composition, comfortable managing their own classroom, and open to co-teaching conversation classes with Korean colleagues.

Job Details & Benefits
· Scheduale: Full-time position: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (40 hours/week; up to 20 teaching periods/week)
· Curriculum: Instructors design their own syllabi, course materials, and thorough lesson plans.
· Sample subjects: World Culture & English, AP English Literature, AP English Literature & Composition, Global Issues Seminar, etc.
· Collaborate with Korean teachers to organize school events such as English Day and the International Symposium
· E-2 visa sponsorship provided
· Paid leave on all national public holidays plus annual leave
· Severance pay upon contract completion (equivalent to one month’s salary)
· Monthly teaching allowance provided separately
· Airfare support (partial reimbursement for arrival and departure)
· Health insurance provided
· Salary negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher from a native English-speaking country
· Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
· Experience with or strong interest in literature and creative/professional writing
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ESL, English Literature, or Education from an English-speaking country (TEFL/CELTA/TESOL certification holders included)
· Experience teaching IBDP courses (English, History, or TOK)
· Teaching experience at a public or private school, either domestically or abroad
· CELTA/DELTA or equivalent certification
· Currently residing in South Korea with a transferable visa (e.g., E-2) or holding an F-series visa.
