We are looking to hire qualified coaches who provide English language lessons to learners with different backgrounds, levels, and objectives. Our coaches are responsible for planning language acquisition activities and delivering one to one online lessons which are interactive and engaging. Anglify adopts a creative approach which encourages and motivates adult language learners to have an engaging learning experience. Qualifications A Bachelors Degree or higher TEFL Certification, CELTA, Masters in TESOL or equivalent in teaching certification for adults Ability to teach online to adult learners with a wide range of levels, backgrounds, interests and skill sets Demonstrated patience, flexibility, dependability, autonomy, and strong communication skills Autonomy in developing online activities and has strong internet connection Potential to learn and use various online platforms such as Notion and Slack French Auto-entrepreneur/freelancer status in France Available minimum 10 coaching hours per week including evenings and weekends A2 or B1 level in French and fluency in English which allows our coaches to further mediate language acquisition for our learners when appropriate Degree Required Applicants should have one of the following required qualifications: Cambridge CELTA, Cambridge CELTA online, Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge CELTYL, BA TEFL, BA TESOL, Cambridge DELTA, Cambridge DELTA Online, TEFL Certificate, Trinity Joint CertTESOL, Masters MA TESOL, MA TEFL Teaching experience: 1 years Your current location: France Qualifications Cambridge CELTA Salary and Benefits Compensation and Perks Competitive Pay: 30 per hour for all coaching sessions.
