Degree Required Qualifications TEFL Certificate A bachelor’s degree in any subject. Valid passport with a minimum 24 months validity. Accredited English Language Certification or any of the following qualifications: Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)/Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)/Certificate in English Teaching to Adults (CELTA)/Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (DELTA) – is an advantage. Must be able to obtain a clear background check. The ability to live abroad for at least one year. Additionally, candidates who want to teach kids English in Indonesia must be citizens from one of the following nations to be issued a visa from the local government: the USA, the UK, Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
