Job Location Multiple cities across China: Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Dongguan, Xiamen, Ningbo, and more (placement based on your preference and qualifications) Employment Type Full-time, Contract (1-3 years) Salary – Entry Level (Bachelor, less than 1 year experience): RMB 18,000 – 20,000/month – Growth Stage (Bachelor or MA, less than 3 years): RMB 20,000 – 23,000/month – Senior Stage (Bachelor or MA + PGCE, 3+ years): RMB 25,000 – 30,000/month – Monthly savings potential: 40-70% after tax and expenses Job Responsibilities Kindergarten Teachers: – Create a play-based learning environment through stories, songs, arts and crafts, and hands-on activities – Support students’ social, emotional, physical, and early literacy development – Lead daily routines including circle time and playtime – Provide constant, natural English interaction to foster language acquisition – Monitor and document each child’s development – Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with teaching assistants Primary School Teachers: – Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for students aged 7-12 – Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment – Assess, track, and report on student progress and achievement – Act as a cultural ambassador and native language model – Collaborate with fellow teachers, staff, and parents – Participate in school events and professional development Middle School Teachers: – Deliver subject-specific instruction (English, Science, Social Studies, STEM, etc.) – Design project-based learning and inquiry-driven activities – Implement various assessment strategies to evaluate student progress – Lead or support extracurricular activities and clubs – Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular projects High School Teachers: – Deliver advanced academic instruction (AP, IB, or A-Level curricula) – Champion critical analysis and intellectual curiosity – Mentor students through university preparation and application process – Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement – Supervise extended essays and lead academic competitions Qualifications Essential Requirements: – Native English speaker from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Ireland – Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education, English, or relevant subjects preferred) – 120-hour TESOL certificate / CELTA / Home country teaching license / PGCE / IB Teaching Certificate – Clear criminal background check (with notarization and apostille) – Signed personal health statement – Passion for teaching and cultural exchange Preferred Qualifications: – Master’s degree – 2+ years of teaching experience – Experience with AP/IB/A-Level curricula What We Offer – Competitive salary with monthly savings potential of 40-70% – Free accommodation or housing allowance – Full work visa sponsorship – Comprehensive onboarding and pre-job training – Paid holidays + flight allowance – Meal allowances and other daily benefits – Free teacher training and professional development (STS, PBL, STEM, PGCE, IB certifications) – Supportive team from day one – Career progression opportunities: Kindergarten → Primary → Secondary → Academic Leadership Work-Life Balance – Work Days: Monday – Friday (Weekends off) – Work Hours: 7:30/8:00 – 11:30/12:00; 13:30/14:00 – 17:30/18:00 – Class Length: 20-30 mins (Kindergarten); 40 mins (Primary); 40-50 mins (High School) – Generous paid holidays including winter and summer breaks
