Required Degrees: 3-4 year BA Fields of Expertise: ESL/EFL, Details: British Side – Istanbul, Turkey Online Coordinator (ESL) – May 2026 Overview British Side is seeking a motivated Online Coordinator to support and deliver ESL programmes. Ideal for someone organized, hands-on, and comfortable balancing teaching with coordination. Key Responsibilities Support improvement and delivery of courses Conduct student onboarding and inductions Liaise with academic team and teachers Provide ESL teaching when required Assist with coordination of online programmes Working Hours Monday & Wednesday: 09:00 – 18:00 Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 – 20:00 Sunday: 08:30 – 16:00 Friday & Saturday: Off 5 working days per week Requirements Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent) ESL certification (CELTA / TEFL / TESOL) Previous ESL teaching experience Strong organisational and communication skills Benefits Salary: ₺92,021 NET/month Work permit provided Health insurance: Full SGK + limited private 20 days paid annual leave All Turkish national holidays paid 24-month contract High School ESL Teachers (Year 9 & 10) – Asian Side, Istanbul Start Date: September 2026 Academic Year Location: Ataşehir Requirements Bachelor’s degree (3–4 years) CELTA / TEFL / TESOL (120+ hours) ESL teaching experience Position Details Monday to Friday, 24 hours/week (onsite) Salary: ₺92,000 NET/month Work visa/permit provided Health insurance: SGK + private 20 paid vacation days All Turkish national holidays paid 24-month contract Important: Work permits require either: A current Turkish residence permit, or Application via embassy in applicant’s home country Application Send CV + cover letter ASAP.
