Rugby school sports department are looking to appoint a Graduate Netball Assistant. Rugby School prides itself on having a forward thinking and dynamic sports department. Sport at Rugby School is at an all-time high and we are looking to complement our department with a graduate netball assistant that shares our drive for excellent coaching and sports provision. Applicants must have a minimum level 1 qualification in sports coaching and have experience of working with young athletes within a school, club or pathway coaching environment. The successful candidate will support the Sports department with the coaching and delivery of our netball programme. They will immerse themselves in life at a busy boarding school helping with fixtures, tournaments and training. They will be introduced into the sport science delivery program and support with analysis, athlete training programs and mentoring. We pride ourselves on offering the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a vastly experienced department, alongside regular training in sports coaching, research and guiding aspiring athletes into the world of professional sports via our links with professional sports organisations. The role is 50 hours per week and is for 35 weeks of the year (term time plus). Weekly hours may vary depending on our fixture calendar. The role also comes with accommodation and meals (if eaten in house).
