Sedbergh School is seeking to appoint a Head of Admissions & Outreach, to lead and deliver an outstanding admissions journey for prospective families across Sedbergh School and Sedbergh Prep School whilst contributing to the wider Sedbergh Schools Group admissions processes.This role will sit at the heart of the School’s recruitment and family experience strategy, ensuring every interaction reflects the warmth, professionalism and values of Sedbergh. The successful candidate will oversee the full admissions journey, from first enquiry through to joining the School, while also developing strong outreach activity and meaningful relationships with families, feeder schools and educational partners.The postholder will have direct line management responsibility for the Overseas Registrar, UK Registrar, Prep School Registrar and Admissions Officer, and will work closely with the Senior School Heads, Prep School Heads and the wider Sedbergh Schools Group team.Alongside a competitive salary, Sedbergh School can offer an attractive benefits package, which includes a Cycle to Work Scheme, free use of our swimming pool and state of the art gym (outside pupil usage) and free lunches with the boarders during term time.
