Job OverviewFounded in 2010 with Teenee Todds Day Nursery, our organisation has since grown to include Broadoaks British School Primary (2016) and Secondary School (2021). We are now entering an exciting phase of expansion, with plans to establish new Early Years campuses across Nigeria.To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Head of Early Years to oversee the delivery of high-quality Early Years education across our campuses. This middle management role is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of new campuses, maintaining consistent academic and operational standards, and working closely with school leaders to promote excellence in teaching and learning. The role supports the successful implementation of new Early Years campuses, monitors quality, and works closely with school leaders to embed best practices. This position requires a collaborative leader with strong pedagogical expertise, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the Early Years programme.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure high-quality teaching and learning by promoting effective EYFS curriculum delivery, strong pedagogical practices, and a robust safeguarding culture.Work with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to coordinate campus setup, operational readiness, and the successful launch of new sites.Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development to Early Years leaders and teaching staff to build capability and maintain high standards.Promote and embed innovative, child-centred learning experiences that align with the EYFS framework and recognised international best practices.Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to support the success and reputation of the Early Years provision.Monitor the quality of teaching, learning, and operations across Early Years campuses, using data and observations to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate action plans.Support the development, implementation, and review of Early Years policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes to ensure consistency across campuses.Work collaboratively with school leaders and support teams to ensure compliance with organisational standards, safeguarding requirements, and relevant regulatory expectations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Early Years programme by identifying opportunities to enhance educational outcomes and operational effectiveness.The CandidateWe are seeking an experienced, forward-thinking leader who:Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field (Master’s preferred).Has 10+ years of leadership experience in Early Years education, ideally in a British or international school setting.Demonstrates a proven record in school growth, quality assurance, and strategic delivery.Has excellent leadership,
