The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing a large team of colleagues who in turn will deliver the highest quality teaching and wider experiences to the amazing pupils of our academy. Curriculum development, pedagogical approaches and strong analytical skills that enable our pupils to make excellent progress and achieve well over time, will be the hallmarks of the ideal candidate. We are easily commutable from all areas of the North West. We have a dedicated team of staff who build and share positive relationships and a caring culture with our wonderful students.
