About the roleThe Head of Secondary is the academic and administrative leader of the Senior School, with responsibility for more than 600 students in Years 7–12 within a whole-school community of almost 1,500 students and 300 staff. The post reports directly to the Principal and forms part of the Senior Leadership Team.The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Secondary School, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning, strong academic outcomes, effective curriculum design, robust student tracking, and a deep commitment to student and staff wellbeing.
